AGE-LESS: The Value of Age – In dialogue with the exhibition «The End of Aging»

What does a possible future look like when our age no longer plays a role, or only a secondary one? Cell biologist Laura Suter-Dick, psychologist Rui Mata and philosopher Andreas Brenner will join Michael Schindhelm to discuss whether the end of aging is already in the process of becoming a reality. The event takes place in collaboration with the University of Basel and the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland and is part of the public program of the upcoming exhibition 'The End of Aging' at the Kulturstiftung Basel H. Geiger | KBH.G. The talk will be held in German and participation is free of charge.

Artist Talk Age-less: Forever young?

Tune in when Michael Schindhelm and KBH.G director Raphael Suter explore themes of the upcoming exhibition 'The End of Aging' as well as inputs on what it entails to come back to Basel, years later. What happens when age becomes only a number, what makes Basel so special to both the exhibition and to Michael Schindhelm; these and many other questions will be explored in the talk, possibly offering an answer to the question; who wants to live forever and does Basel hold the secret to doing so?
